The Library at the Center for Graduate Studies of Asheville

LR students can borrow books and articles from the Hickory campus or other libraries via interlibrary loan (ILL). To borrow, just do the following:

1. Visit our Interlibrary Loan form page.
2. Use your myLR username and password (the same credentials to access Canvas) to get access your account.
3. When requesting materials, be sure to enter as much information as possible. Include: article or book title, author, ISBN, volume, issue, and page number as applicable.
4. Be sure to specify Asheville in the Comments section.

You should receive articles electronically within 3-4 days. Books and other physical materials will usually be available at the Asheville library office within 1-2 weeks and we'll notify you of its arrival. Return the item at any time (on time) to the return box just outside the library office. Contact Troy Brooks with any questions about the interlibrary loan service.
