The Library at the Graduate Center for Asheville is a non-traditional library, relying heavily on digital resources supplemented with materials found at Hickory's Carl A. Rudisill Library or through interlibrary loan (ILL). Aside from small collection of reserve materials, there is no physical collection on campus.
All digital resources can be accessed through the library website from on or off campus 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Instructions on how to sign-in to the databases and your library account.
The Library office is located next to the 3rd floor computer lab and staffed by two part-time librarians, who are happy to answer any of your questions. The computer lab consists of 6 desktop computers for current LR students, faculty, and staff to use. The computer lab is accessible 24/7 with your LR swipe card.
In addition to this site, the librarians regularly maintain a blog that includes tips, tricks, and information on new events and resources.
