Welcome to Lenoir-Rhyne University's Rudisill Library! As most of the university community is vaccinated against the coronavirus, we look forward to being a bit more open and accessible.
Please note: these guidelines will be in place until further notice. Please visit this page for updates.
| Hours | Rudisill Library will be open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am to midnight; Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm; and Sunday, 2:00 pm to midnight. You can find the complete semester hours here. |
| Quiet Study | The Colloquium Room is available for quiet study this fall. Our lower level quiet study is under construction and not accessible at this time. |
| Face masks | All visitors to Rudisill Library will be required to wear a face mask properly and at all times. |
| Food and drink | Food and drink are not permitted in the library at this time. |
| Seating and social distancing | Although our seating is close to normal capacity, please remember that unvaccinated or partially vaccinated LR patrons are expected to maintain a social distance of at least six feet at all times where possible. |
| Reserves | We will once again offer physical reserve materials for faculty who request them. |
| Community patrons | We welcome visitors from the surrounding community to Rudisill Library. Since over 99 percent of All LR students, faculty, and staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, we strongly encourage all visitors to be vaccinated prior to their visit. |
