When selecting Internet resources it is important to evaluate the quality of any websites that you use. Consult the USM Library’s Evaluating Web Resources guide, or Evaluating Web Pages (UC Berkley) for evaluation criteria. The following is a selected list of websites that you may find useful.

Open-access and peer-reviewed.
Journal of Southern Religion
Open-access and peer reviewed.
Religion Online
Religion Online is moderated by William F. Fore. "Site indexes more than 6,000 articles and chapters" on religious topics mostly from a Christian viewpoint."
Religion in the United States
Subject guides with many links to much information. One caveat: there are many ads on this site. Be sure to scroll down a bit, to the links and information.
